John and Susan H. have suggested I email you with a special request for a photograph from your album of Toby and Jo's wedding last year. My wife and I spent a happy time over the weekend looking through the photographs on your website. We admired your varied choice of content and quality. That's a super software package you've found to present and display. I particularly appreciated the enlargement facility which lets one see the detail of each picture, so important when considering enlargements.

I was recently looking through an old edition of the Lancashire Life (June 2007 I think) in a local waiting room. The subject that I found interesting was about the fields of poppies down the Ribble Way at Hutton. Your pictures were stunning. I was wondering if you could give me an idea how to get there and when to go, I am a local amateur photographer and would love to have the advantage of having some photos like yours of these beautiful flowers.

I've just read the article about Cartmel by Roger Moss which evoked my own memories of earliest family holidays there in the early sixties. I thought you both might like these photos taken by my late father showing the market square in the village, taken in about 1963. We used to regularly stay for a week in October during half term at a place called Wall Nook (which was owned then by the headmaster of Grasmere school, he bought it for his retirement and did holiday letting while he resided at the school).
